    Perhaps it means that people are trading down from more expensive areas, thus creating extra demand in MK.

    Someone I know is having trouble finding a house to buy in Milton Keynes. I opined that prices have a long way to come down yet. She replied (in all seriousness):
    It may be hard to believe but in MK the prices are actually rising again, it's like it has it's own economy.
    Is MK in Cybertoryshire?

    Is there anywhere else that is immune to the doom?
