SDR - The global currency?

It's essentially a basket of currencies: dollar, euro, yen and GBP.

Nothing new there apart from I think coordinated money printing in all these countries so that there is more cash in the world to devalue debts, yet if its coordinated then maybe those currencies won't fall against each other.

Is this the new global currency? Will it come into being if the 1Tn bailout package is paid in SDRs?

Very confused atm.
