    Rebuild Demolished building

    I have an existing proporerty that presently has a house and a cottage on it. The property was an isolation hospital and used to have a ward on it that was demolished in the 50's.

    The original ward's foundations are still in place although covered by a tennis court. Can it simply be rebuilt ? Any planning restrications ? The property has a number of ther houses around (6) although it is in greenbelt. Any legal precedents.
