Then this forum would be like their forum - tumbleweed. Did you see the dates on the "recent" posts before we got there? Not very many new posts this year.
Yeah we gave the forums a bit of colour and character.
Think how many people on this forum would be banned, if it was against the rules to be a twat?

After a very successful study visit in February, we are looking for participants for the next study visit to be hosted by the Center for Modern Education (CFME) in Prague, Czech Republic. ..Beyond the School is a cross-curricular educational project in which school pupils explore their local heritage through the medium of old and present-day photographs. By taking new photos with digital cameras, comparing them to old photos of the same locations using photographic software and exploring the changes...If you would like to participate, please contact me by email ([email protected]) or message me on this forum and I will provide you with more detailed information. We had a great time on the last one, so I am really looking forward to the next!
I'm sure my children will ask so I might aswell pose the question first
Are camera phones allowed? and when you say old are you referring to the Digital SLR's that my partner has?

Hello,
Just in response to your question on the board. The Beyond the School project uses digital cameras, but as long as it is possible to upload the images onto computer and the quality is good enough, any type of camera should be fine.
When I mentioned old photographs, I was referring to photographs that were taken a long time ago, which would be used in comparison with photos taken by the children in the same locations as part of the project.
The study visit is aimed at individuals such as teachers or youth workers, who would be interested in learning more about the project with a view to running one or being involved in one.
Hope this helps, feel free to contact me if you have any more questions,
