But there are certain to be repercussions, and eventually the truth will have to come out. This is good for history, because it will be that much more difficult from Blair & Brown's successors to claim that the decision to invade was a democratic one.

The Government must exercise its privilge to conceal and maintain secrecy in its operations in order to protect the public it serves, the alternative smacks of Democracy.
