No? I remember a ski trip where a French coach driver stopped on the edge of the ski resort and left 40 people with their bags, boots and ski's to find their own hotels and apartments, the plane was late and he'd done his 35 hours you see.
I knew someone would say he answered your questions. He did but it's still a nob of a way to act given the circumstances.
to the other point..He could have had a longer break if he just said "I'm picking up there in a minute"
Maybe my expectations are too high, but I'm sure years ago my experience would have been better.
I think if he had enough brain to have told you what you expected rather than answering the direct questions he would be doing more than just driving the bus.
