I've had the same and one reason for this plethora of changes is Gordon's ill-thought out abolition of the 10% band followed by the subsequent changes in bands to compensate the disgruntled low-paid after he was adamant that nobody was worse off. I find them very confusing and sent them to my accountant for advice about two months ago. Still awaiting reply !!

Why oh why do HMRC bother with these?
I've now had the third one through the post in the space of one month. Each of them different. None of them correct.
I go through this every year. Is it just me?
