    Interesting to look at some of the data in the Nationionwide HPI document:

    Especially to compare the shape of the drop in the early 90's to today and realise that it took from 1990 to 2000 (yes 10 years) to get back to the long term average price.

    I reckon we've got a long long way to go yet.
