I still find it hard to take in that Ross is paid £6 million/year. £600,000 p.a. seems like gross overpayment, but it's 10 times that. Wtf. Carol Vord. was on about £1m too. Surely 60 odd K a year for the likes of them is plenty? And someone like Paxman perhaps in the mid 150k. At least C4 got things right finally when they offered Carol 'waana loan' Vord a 90% pay cut.
It doesn’t exactly fit in with the stated aim of ‘educating and informing’ does it? I can see some value to society of the Paxmanator ripping into some slimey-arsed politician or dodgy banker. Hell, he’s funnier than Woss as well.
