This will lead to a fall in stock markets as it will be worse than 'analists' and traders expected (or possibly better, in which case they'll lose confidence in their own expectations). Expect more headlines along the lines of 'share prices tumble on expectations of lower share prices' and 'economic confidence hit by poor economic confidence figures'.
