I was a contractor never worked with so many bums and people working the system i,e taking a tulip load of sickies and blatently been working there riding the system.. Us contractors smashed the permie's to shreads
But the most annoying part was the constant complaining, i suppose they were not the most important people there but damn the culture sucks.
Never worked with so many backstabbers and scum, albeit there were some nice people there but everyone there seriously has issue's of some sort.
So if anyone works for HP please get me a contact and I will never do help desk again those days are over.
Did a week at another gig for Fujitsu our manager said I cannot stand the site of this guy who came down from Nottingham, ****er spend 3 days on the phone to his doctor's and deciding what company car he should get, even wanted to move to a more expensive hotel just to save himself 5 minutes or something....

Helpdesk is 1st line.Originally posted by realityhack View PostHere's a short polemic

Another thing which gets to me
Are SLAs that take too long
I'm telling you it's simply wrong
But that's enough of that
I've had my little spat

SC used to be passport to easy street but I'm not seeing much about at the moment.
Seeing as Gordon is throwing money about left right and centre you'd think he'd loosen the purse string on the government projects that have all but dried up of late.

Literally speaking announcing you have SC clearance is a security breach.......
I know HP have at least one contract with the Foreign Office if that's any help.
