Is there an iPhone app which shows missed calls, number of emails etc as the wallpaper rather than having to slide the unlock?

I've trawled through the Apple Store but couldn't find one.

On a serious note I'd actually find the contract search wizard on this site as an iphone app very useful.

Tried using the jobserve mobile site on safari and it's a bit too
