Yet more conclusive and undeniable evidence of the Greenhouse Effect taking grip of the UK.

I propose a punitive tax on greenhouses and their causes.

The proceeds of which will go towards supporting hard working civil servants final salary pensions.

Maybe if we covered the whole of the UK over with a greenhouse we wouldn't be freezing our nads off getting into work in the morning
