    Just had a call from a recruitment agent...

    The usual stuff, 'wondering if you have any resourcing needs in the near future, we've worked with your client for X years', etc.

    Never heard of them, so I asked if they were on the preferred suppliers list - some guff about another department using them - couldn't name the department.

    But then the best bit: 'I've spoken with one of your colleagues in UX, erm, their name was... <long pause, while I remain silent> ...anyway...'

    Fishing at it's most obvious.
