Is Tony’s appointment as middle east peace envoy a punishment for the Israelis and Palestinians for being so naughty all these years? We could have sent them Nelson Mandela, John Hume or Vaclav Havel but seeing as they all spent so long behaving so badly, they get Tony B Liar.

Nice spot - I was going for the Stewie effect (having a go at Brian re: Novel).

The picture on the medal should be of a general in an armchair, and as its from the yanks, the coloring should be blue on blue

In his last week in office, President Bush will award the medal to Mr Blair, former Australian PM John Howard and Colombian President Alvaro Uribe.
I know my mate from Oz thinks of John Howard in much the same way as we think of Blair, not only on the subject of Iraq, but things domestic. As for Colombia, aren't the Yanks supposed to hate them for all the drugs coming from there?

Maybe a picture of Blair bending over and taking it from the yanks?

I am not suprised : he spent years doing everything USA asked and got little in return.

Not sure why UK does not try him for treason.
