Well you do have a point there, but I liked his use of the phrase 'adult supervision'.
Personally I'd propose handing over the control of banking to a cooperation of Tibetan and Franciscan monks who have take a vow of sobriety and modesty, and feel no need to enrich themselves from the hard won savings of others.
