good umbrella company?

Hi

I'm stepping out of perm work and into contracting. As I understand it there is essentially two ways of going about it. Setting up your own LTD or going through an umbrella company to handle your pay and tax stuff.

I know you get better tax breaks going out on your own but I haven't got the time to set it up.

Can someone advise on a good, competitive umbrella company who I can call to set myself up?
