    In some places that have gone too far PC, it's the only way the public can celebrate christmas in public. I predict next they'll be wearing tinsel, fairy lights, and christmas trees.

    Yep, it occured to me too. All the muggers/pickpockets have to do is look for the bells, and they know where the dumbasses are keeping their valuables.

    I've got one on the fly of my jeans, some pickpockets are female! Even the crown jewels need a polish from time to time. Though I don't mind croations, russians, or any other tasty totty being imported.

    They did this last year in our area, best to attach to purse/wallet -all the local shops gave them out. After a week or so you could not get them anywhere - apart from ebay.

    Don't know if they worked or not but they are not doing it this year.
