    This smacks of a management decision, methinks the company has a 'management consultant' performing a 'management' function, probably from one of the TLA consultancies. Poor sods. Almost certainly why they had the initiating database problem.

    Good.

    But if my name was removed, how did they send this mail? And if it wasn't removed, why did they send this mail?
