Things can't be that bad in UK

House prices have only fallen 0.4% this month according to the Nationwide:

Rate of price fall moderates in November
Prices fall by 0.4% in November
Annual rate of fall moderates to 13.9%
Deep interest rate cuts will provide support for borrowers
Fiscal measures may help housing market indirectly, but policies to support funding markets may be more likely to speed recovery

Sounds like Brown has done it. Thank god our houses will be going up again soon and I can borrow to fund my unsustainable lifestyle again.

Anyone here looking to buy into BTL again as prices have reached the bottom and the only way is up!
