2) The travel to different sites is 'Business cover' which was selected for both!!
I am a programmer by virtue of writing c#/vba/sql, dont act like a consultant and via agencies rather than direct so nope, they wouldnt have a leg to stand on

Consultant is probably expected to drive to client's premises - different ones, so different risk.
If you get wrong job description you might be shooting yourself in the foot - the insurance company will argue you provided materially wrong information that reduced your risk in their eyes.
