    So really, what this country needs is a class action system...that would sort out things like tulipe train services and banks gross penalty fares for going over drawn.

    Likelyhood of anything as common sense as this happening in Blighty? About as likely as train fares decreasing for 2009!

    Of course..their idea of "on time" is within 10 minutes - give or take 10 minutes. They exclude events such as when a switch breaks..so one has
    no clue what the overall, system-wide, performance really is. Except that its crap.

    In Japan drivers are shot if the train is 1 minute late!
