Mailroom Coordinator - 43215 Contract

Job Description:-
Familiar with mail room procedures and equipment. Must pay attention to detail and be able to work unsupervised. Will be responsible for signing and accounting for package receipt. Able to work up to eight hours standing up. Able to lift up to 30 pounds. Experience with couriers and carriers, to include DHL, UPS, FedEx and international customs. Needs basic computer skills to include use of internal Web sites, email, word processing and spreadsheet software. Will need to interface with internal customers (employees) to verify package receipt and external shipping vendors. Will need to pay attention to company shipping policies as well as postage meter balances. Work will be performed in the mailroom as well as backup to the receptionist. Candidate dress needs to be appropriate (no jeans) for a sales office.
