    Best "contractor" neighborhood in London to buy,

    Which neighborhood in North London would you recommend ? Nothing fancy , just white people to be the majority. Closish to the M25 and or other links...

    Looking to mortgage 1 bed flat there for about 160 K. I prefer those newish small flat -buildings with (gated?) parking ...

    I think I liked Palmers Green when I was there....
