Biggest punishment you could hand out to brand, is to threaten him with a bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo, he looks like he hasn't used either in ages...

• Andrew Sachs should be made to apologise for letting this all get out of hand
• Ross's salary should be increased for the inconvenience and stress this episode has caused him
• Brand should be made BBC Director General
• They should both get a ticking off and Brand should make some kind of cruel non-apology to Sachs
