    Get the bus. It's a lot warmer with all of those people wrapped up against the cold.

    Alternatively, get a driver. He can then warm up the car for you and you step into a toasty warm conveyance.

    Tried one of those, Unfortunately most car cigarette lighters have a 15 Amp fuse so they can only draw about 180W, which sadly doesn't make for a very warm car...
