    .. has just said that it will be very difficult for HMG to defend itself in court from Bradford and Bingley shareholders, who are justifiably disgruntled as to why B&B was nationalised a few days before other banks were bailed-out.

    I agree, and of course this adds weight to another certain court case in January.
