It is daft and so are you Sir.
I believe that once a person has committed a terrorist act that he has broken the conditions for having refugee statues and he should be sent back to his own country.
I would much rather see an overhaul of the Judicial system in the UK so theses cases do not get as far as Court. Any sensible country would just throw the guy and people like him out
The down side in these cases is that the Labour government has actively interfered in the refugee status of terrorists and politicians from other countries escaping from justice. David Blunkett was a prime example of a politician who handed out British Passport to persons of “His own interest” To know the reasons why it is best to search in Google as I don’t want to be accused of being anti-semitic on this forum because that would be far from the truth.

The Iranian terrorist should be sent back to Iran. If Iran was giving asylum a terrorist wanted by the British there would be wide-spread condemnation. Already the UK seems to handing out asylum to terrorists and criminals like one would hand out sweeties. The USA is almost, but not as bad as the UK as they gave asylum to plane hijackers and bombers of Cuba

The system of locking them up until they die seems the best to me: better than hanging them, as that seems to be regarded as martyrdom by their invariably bearded pals.

Mind you, for that very reason if I was in charge of a terrorist cell I wouldn't trust an ex-jailbird however earnest and committed they seemed.

Perhaps the murdering turd could bunk-up with those nice Afghans who live for free in that $1.2M multi-bedroomed house in London? Then again, they have said that the house is a bit on the small side. Sometimes, I do wonder if a week of selective extermination might just do some good in the UK.
