I think there may also be a superfluous quotation mark.

If she just wants the first bit in font size 1, as it seems she does, then there isn't.

I have placed a square bracket after the "1" and that works.

Scary thing is after being benched since Friday – I have only had calls for permanent work, just had agent call re ‘would I consider a permie job, and what would I need’

“Aey up” I though – “agent fishing for details”

The really strange thing about this call was:

1. He had read by CV
2. Mentioned several names of people I has worked for/with and
seemed to be testing me rather the fishing for contact details.
3. Knew precise details of one of the projects I had worked on which
was not on my CV

Think I prefer ‘what was the IT Managers name again?” approach
