    not from my local farm they haven't.

    If you buy from supermarkets, don't forget they have to be driven to the airport, flown to Africa or China, driven to the packing plant, driven, back to the airport, flown back to the UK, driven to the central logistics depot, and then driven to your local supermarket ... and fuel prices have increased because our government made such a great job of stablising the Middle East.

    Spurred on by this talk about healthy vegetables, I'm cooking one of my 5 a year. Chips take ages, they've been going an hour so far and not yet golden brown... and I even left them to soak this time. Meat is much easier.
