    Yes they've been skint ever since a 35 hour week was forced upon the entire population.

    When skiing in France a few years ago the coach taking us up the mountain stopped a few kilometres outside the resort and the driver got off and went home, whilst we waited for a replacement driver the Inghams rep explained that since our plane was late the driver had done his hours for the week and he wouldn't be paid for any more, happens all the time apparently.
