The sad thing is many 'normal' people have seen this coming for a few years. The city gurus and governments have been blinded by their own greed/egos to the stupidity of their actions. Over inflated economy= free money/ free tax revenues, so lets lower interest rates and ride against traditional economic values until the whole thing catastrophically pops!!!
