    HBOS down 77% since the credit crunch started one year ago.
    RBS down 56%.
    Barclays down 47%.
    Lloyds down 48%.

    HSBC down just 5%.

    Ltd Acct with HBOS, what happens if it goes bust?

    My Ltd Co account is with HBOS, watching the news this evening talk of HBOS potentially going bust although "the government would never allow such a thing"

    What would happen to the considerable amount of money sitting in my Ltd account at the moment if HBOS did go under. "Depositers" accounts would be guaranteed - but as a Ltd company do I qualify as a depositer or would I have to join the long list of creditors and hope I get a decent percentage of my money back?
