    It's a presentation thing which stops him pointing or using a closed hand. Blair used to do it all the time also. When making a point they would always show the back of their hand.

    What annoys me more about Brown is his slack jaw thing when he takes a breath. I don't know if it is the way his jaw goes or if it is the indication that the snot gobbling tw@ is wasting a bit more oxygen.

    Check the CBI Scotland one. He always does that crazy two thumbs up hand signal, it's like he's doing the sign language translation as well.
