Looking at those pictures of Shannon Matthews reminds me of the drawn out, haggard, dark-rimmed eyes that habitual substance abusers tend to exhibit.

Not that I'm suggesting she herself is one, but rather the look itself reminds of it.

Anyone else think the same about the look ?
