This is clearly Climate Change (man made of course). The Road Tax increases next year should sort this out.

I'm having the Dormer removed, making good the roof and adding a couple of Velux windows, my attic is also my office and I've been debating shoving some of the cost through the books.
The guys coming on Monday have kept me informed, offered a sensible price and have recommendations from a couple of people I know.
