Well at least you aren't consuming all that potassium sorbate, tartrazine, calcium propionate and magnesium diglutamate in those other "convenience" sandwiches that are on offer from other outlets.

But it doesn't take long making your own sandwiches in the morning and they will be much nicer (and cheaper).
