e-timesheets / online timesheets

Hello

Does anyone have any thoughts on e-timesheets? I have been asked to project manage the development of a new system for a client who doesn't know the first thing about them. To be honest, I don't know much more and I want to make sure I avoid any common pitfalls.

Has anyone got any opinions or had any bad experiences with them?

Would really appreciate some ideas from you guys!
