    Yeah cos Companies House keep their records bang up to date, to the minute.

    I dissolved a company in January, forms sent and acknowledged. Still shows it trading now. Called CH and they are a bit busy counting their final salary pensions to keep the records up to date.

    Hmmm I'm currently contracting for HP CDS, different agency and end client though.

    Surely it's just the agency you have the problem with? HP CDS should be able to sort this out and use a different agency and according to my agency HP CDS pay 6 weeks after they pay me so they should be able to redirect the money.

    Saying that my agency could be talking bulltulip.

    I just had a nasty thought. Maybe when johnny foreigner is talking to us , he finds it extremely funny and doesnt understand why we aren't laughing.
