A medal-winning British sailor turned the airwaves blue for the second time in 24 hours this morning when Iain Percy declared 'I'm on top of the f***ing world' live on television.

Percy had teamed up with Andrew Simpson to take gold – Team GB's 17th of the Games – in the star class after a thrilling final race.

And, during the post-race interview with the BBC's Rob Walker, an emotional Percy said: 'I can't believe it. I feel on top of the f***ing world.
