"and couldn't deliver a package" said the thingie from the postman...

So, having allowed the requisite 3 hours to pass before I trotted off down into Neath, off I wandered.

And what was this parcel?

Two low energy lightbulbs, free from Swalec.

I was a tad disappointed really.
