Not a bad idea.

Postcode lottery. Trouble is, everyone will know where the winner lives.

How to make a million #58

The latest in my list of how to make my first million quid.

1 create a new lottery
2 dont pick numbers - your entry is a concatenation of house number and post code and entry number
3 make chances of winning similar to current lottery

every time there is an NHS scare story in the daily mail or on the BBC = FREE PUBLICITY

eg - Some NHS trusts prescribe viagra to ageing contractors but some dont - Its a post code lottery
