    I have seen a riot yes, bloody unpleasant and scary.

    That's however civil disorder and criminal damage, not a Security problem that risks the system of government, safety and integrity of the country as a whole and certainly doesn't endanger state secrets.

    Ok it would mess up the economy even faster than a UK Chancellor, but I fail to see how it would represent any kind of security risk.
