If they give them an additional sentence for being illegal immigrants then of course that is not racist, but the text said that they were going to give longer sentences for the same crime. There is a subtle difference.

I suppose Italy can get away with it because they do not have our stupid Human Rights laws which were incorporated into our law by New Lie, that go too far the other way.

It states that the extra punishment is for 'illegal immigrants'. That's totally justified because they have committed two crimes: the one for which they are tried, and the fact that they are an illegal immigrant.
