The Big Boomed Theory
God, the original IT Contractor, got a new gig. The project scope was to create the universe, the earth, the sun, moon and stars, plants, animals and the first two people.
In true contractor style he worked his ar$e off for 6 days straight and successfully completed the project to schedule and under budget.
End result - he's taken the rest of eternity off in-lieu and has been invoicing ever since. And, with no one around to enforce D&C the contract was outside IR35.
Ultimate Big BOOM theory.
