    returning to the market

    Hi all
    general query - I used to work in the CRM area up until 2001 as a business analyst, specialising in requirements gathering, documentation (Clarify CRM) etc.
    Have been out of the market for quite a few years now, working as a manager in the charity field (completely non IT-related)
    Any ideas on how to get back into the market as a contractor, which skills are best to gain considering the current job market... etc etc.
