If there are no comments in the code, why not just cut and paste random comments extracted from CUK posts?
That way people working on the code (yourself for a start) will find it more interesting, and by staying alert will introduce fewer bugs when changing it. Isn't that the whole point of comments?

I have to admit it Yes I do. I have been working on this appli fkin cation for three months now and I HATE working in other peoples sh 1 te.
Its not so much the comments but the lack of comments in the code that really p1sses me off.
