What a difference a 6 months make. Average (mode) prediction is now a 30% house price drop compared to 10% predicted in the last poll. Suggestive that recent doom mongering by the press is affecting voting, or that people think house prices have already dropped a lot and consider a further 10% about right?

Where do you think house prices will be in 2 years?
Same baseline as before, percentage price up or down from December last year to 2 years hence .
Will hindsight affect your collective judgments?
