Funny enough, we were sheltering from the rain in a little pub at Castlerigg, and there was an older couple with two grandaughters sitting next to us, still in their schoolie uniforms, aged about 15 - 16. Finely sliced two cloves of garlic, lots of black pepper and a hefty squirt of lemon juice, then fried the prawns for twenty minutes.
