Fair play. V impressed with you writing the speech so far in advance!Originally posted by Moscow Mule View PostStag will be a pub crawl around town a couple of weeks before - I'd rather have a cheapo thing where everybody can come rather than a trip abroad that only a few could manage.
I wrote my speech about 3 months ago. I'd better dig it out and polish it up soon...

I was a tad military with the planning too - but had to accept that things will happen on the day - my best man was v efficient and sorted everything, the little details like lost cufflinks, taxis etc.
Speech sorted yet?

Tonight - going back home (I stay away all week) having a nice dinner in with the missus.
Tomorrow - It's the street's summer party. Every summer we set up some marquees on the green and have a bit of a bash. Starts at 1.00pm and usually ends up at 4.00am in someone's kitchen. My wife's the social sec so I'm helping set stuff up.
Sunday - recovering, doing some gardening if it's not raining and then a spot of accounts. All interlaced with a couple of pints down the local at lunchtime.
